About the role
We are looking for someone to join us primarily in an administrative capacity. A large part of the role will involve managing the calendar of our four engineers, liaising with our clients and engineers to book/cancel/reschedule appointments. You will also carry out PA duties for our founder and director, Matt.
The role is largely people-facing and involves answering our clients’ questions via email or phone. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of the office and general filing. The role will also require that you jump in where necessary to help out the team, especially entering data into the software systems we use.

You will be expected to carry other duties within reason.
About you
We are looking for a friendly individual who will work well in a small, fun team. Ideally, you would have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. Working knowledge of the Microsoft software is a must.

We are always on the lookout for talented and driven air leakage testing engineers to join our onsite team.
You might be a recent graduate with air leakage testing knowledge or a qualified engineer with years of experience under you belt. Either way we would love to hear from you.
You will be passionate about carrying out on site air tightness and leakage testing and building a career with a successful sustainability consultancy. Your role will focus on the provision of air leakage testing, air pressure monitoring – leading this area of the business, with the support of the directors who bring this service provision in-house.
Ideally, candidates will be fully qualified to carry out air tightness testing, however, for the right applicant we will consider training.

We are always on the lookout for driven and passionate Energy Assessors to join our team.
We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience of carrying out residential and/or commercial energy assessments using industry recognised tools such as FSAP, Design SAP or SketchUp. You will be a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor who knows the planning and Part L building regulations process inside out. You may also have experience of writing sustainability reports and strategies for planning phases and dealing with local renewables obligations and requirements.
We also welcome applications from more experienced consultants who may have further SBEM/NDEA qualifications.
