Working closely with our Client, Fairview Homes, we were able to successfully complete a programme of delivery for all of the SAP and EPC’s on the project.
This large redevelopment, in the London Borough of Barnet, saw the construction of 395 new residential apartments and over 800m² of commercial space.
In addition, our team here at Abbey undertook the Code for Sustainable Home assessment, achieving a Code Level 4. We then ensured a BREEAM certification of ‘Excellent’ was accomplished for the non-residential elements of the scheme, in order to comply with the requirements of the Local Planning Authority.
