EcoHomes is a credit-based rating scheme which, like Code for Sustainable Homes, has been phased out and is now only relevant to legacy sites. Upon completion, the BRE will issue a compliance letter to demonstrate that the planning and design of your project has reached acceptable levels of environmental sustainability.
