Meeting sustainability targets is critical to controlling costs: here’s how we can help.
With the Code for Sustainable Homes regulation (CSH) being phased out across the UK, the Building Research Establishment (BRE) have introduced the Home Quality Mark (HQM). It is a recognised process of scoring a residential development’s energy efficiencies and regulatory compliances.
The scoring system is based on criteria such as the building materials, heating, lighting, ventilation and factors about the surrounding area. Achieving a high HQM mark can significantly improve the commercial value of a property and as well as fulfilling other energy and sustainability criteria under the Building Regulations.
From advice on applications and approvals through to managing and facilitating the process through to completion, our team are here to ensure that your targets are met within budget.
Get in touch or send an email with an outline of your HQM enquiry and one of the team will respond within 24 hours.
